Social media is flooded with scammers, bots, and people looking to steal your information.&nbsp; If you have been selling or buying feet content for a while you are probably pretty good at spotting scammers or have unfortunately been scammed yourself.&nbsp; FeetFinder was started to create a safe and secure place for all users to buy and sell feet content. We have spent a lot of time, energy, and money to ensure our platform is safe and free of scammers and bots.&nbsp; This blog will describe the different types of scammers on social media and how to report and prevent them from making their way to FeetFinder.

Sugar Daddy Scammers

The sugar daddy scammers are typically easy to spot.&nbsp; They will comment or DM you saying they want to &ldquo;spoil you&rdquo; with a &ldquo;weekly allowance&rdquo;.&nbsp; All you have to do is &ldquo;text their number&rdquo;.&nbsp; This is almost always a scammer! Do not comment on their post or respond to their message! Instead, please &ldquo;report&rdquo; this user.&nbsp; You can also report the user&rsquo;s post on the feed with the three dots in the top right of the post.&nbsp; When a post gets reported three (3) times, it is removed from the feed for the admins to review.&nbsp; Please report any and all of these &ldquo;sugar daddy, text me&rdquo; posts to remove them from the feed. We have admins monitoring the feed, but with your help, it makes our lives easier, and we can focus on continuing to add awesome new features.&nbsp; Do not ever text the users to avoid any and al scams.&nbsp; If you text the scammer outside of FeetFinder, we are not able to help so make sure to keep all communication on FeetFinder the chat.

Free Content Scammers

The next type of scammer is someone who will try and get free content from Sellers. On social media, this scammer will message you asking to see a &ldquo;preview&rdquo; of your feet.&nbsp; Once you send the photo or video, they will block you and not pay you.&nbsp; You are unable to report the user to Twitter, Instagram, or Snapchat since you were not allowed to sell feet content there in the first place.&nbsp; This is why it&rsquo;s essential you sell content on FeetFinder.&nbsp; The Buyer sees a blurred preview of the photo or video and can&rsquo;t see the full version until they have paid.&nbsp; If there are any issues, our admins are able to help you, unlike social media.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Gift Card Scammers

Scammers will always look for ways to make a quick buck.&nbsp; One of these ways is users who ask you to pay them so they can give you a gift card with tons of money.&nbsp; This is false and you will lose money.&nbsp; Any time a user mentions gift cards, it should be a red flag.&nbsp; They ask for gift cards so the payment can not be traced back to them.&nbsp; FeetFinder Buyers must pay with a card so we can ensure the person making the purchase is real.&nbsp; Another reason to use FeetFinder to buy and sell compared to social media.

Chargeback Scammers

1.How did you get started selling feet content?

I got started selling foot fetish content at the end of 2019 after previous failed attempts to do so on Instagram I created a Twitter account and found some success. I love photography so much I even studied it! Not just photography videography as well, the idea of making money and doing what I love at the same time sounded too compelling not to keep going until I saw the results I knew I was capable of. I had been watching people make money from Findom for years prior and figured if they can why can&rsquo;t I?

2. How long have you been selling feet content?

I&rsquo;ve been selling feet content for almost two years now!

3. What type of content have you noticed sells the best?

My best selling content is and probably always will be self-worship videos. It means you suck on your own toes ;) Not everyone is comfortable with it but if you are&hellip;. give it a try!

4. What advice would you give to someone who is just starting out?

What I mean by the amateur appeal is because we are just a foot website, we appeal to amateur models who may not be comfortable being on cam sites or other adult clips stores, whereas they are happy and comfortable creating a FeetFinder since it is just feet content. However, we still have many professional models who have years of experience in the adult industry who use other adult clip sites.

With over 40,000+ followers throughout social media, we always ask our following what new features they want to be added/removed and get their feedback on designs to ensure every new release is something the community wants, not something we hope they will like.

YNOT:&nbsp;What inspired you to start the site? Was it largely about seeing a gap in the market and a lack of a foot-specific platform?

Patrick:&nbsp;When I tell people I created FeetFinder, most people&rsquo;s first assumption is I have a foot fetish or created it for myself as a way to see and buy great feet content. However, contrary to popular belief, I don&rsquo;t have a foot fetish. I got the idea back in college when a few of my friends who were girls would always mention how they got DMs from guys interested in paying hundreds of dollars to buy their feet pictures. One of my friends actually paid her rent with money she made form feet pictures. I thought to myself, there should be an app for this. After some quick market research, I realized at the time there was no marketplace for verified people to buy and sell custom feet content. People had to use social media which is flooded with bots and scammers or create their own websites which weren&rsquo;t realistic for most people. I created&nbsp;<a href="https://twitter.com/Feetfinder" target="_blank">the FeetFinder Twitter</a>&nbsp;and within a week had hundreds of followers excited about the idea and thus began the start of FeetFinder.

YNOT:&nbsp;Anything else you&rsquo;d like to add? Any upcoming plans for the site, new features in the works, or anything along those lines that you can share?

Patrick:&nbsp;I&rsquo;m glad you asked, we actually have some really cool and interactive features coming in the next couple weeks. We are changing our social feed from only Buyers being able to see Sellers posts and vice versa, to allow all users to view each other&rsquo;s posts, comment on albums, profile pictures, and even follow each other. This will make FeetFinder much more interactive for Buyers and Sellers. Twitter and Instagram have been known to ban users&rsquo; accounts so people don&rsquo;t have to worry about their accounts being deleted and can feel like they are part of a community getting tips from other users and sharing stories or experiences.

We are also working to change our pay flow so all users can get paid through our website and track earnings in their profile.&nbsp; As of now, users need to create an account with Boleyn Models to get paid which we have noticed is a hassle. That is why our new flow will make it easy to track sales and request payouts when Sellers want.

How Did FeetFinder Start?

Hey! This is <a href="https://feetfinder.com/userProfile/GanjaGirl0420">GanjaGirl</a>&nbsp;and I am here to talk to you all about how I started selling my pictures and videos of my feet! It started right after I graduated highschool back in the summer of 2018. 

It was a nice day out on the lake when I took a picture of my new pedicure and posted it online. I had a public social media feed at the time with all the people I graduated with; one guy had privately messaged me admiring my feet. We&rsquo;ll call him John, John was drooling over this picture that I thought nothing of. I thanked him politely and he was head over heels. He basically begged to pay me for more pictures! I was shocked, didn&#39;t really know what to say or how to respond. 

I went straight to the internet to look up if this was a regular thing, you know selling people pictures of your feet. Needless to say, it was super normalized and one of the most common fetishes out there! After an hour of reading and researching this community and leaving John on read, I had to respond and give him an answer. I was overwhelmed at first, not going to lie, but that day with selling a couple pics of my feet, I felt empowered. People requested certain toe nail polish, specific poses and angles of my feet; I even had people wanting to purchase toe jewelry, stockings, nylons, even shoes for me.
